Heather Epperson is the owner/founder of Pink Door LLC. Leveraging her unique background in nuclear power production, she brings a strong foundation of analytical thinking, long term planning and risk management to every deal she partners on.

A student of The Michael Blank Deal Maker Certification Program, Heather has spent the last two years studying the elaborate and complex nuances of multifamily real estate under the guidance of her coach. This course of study has given her the education, confidence and ability to merge her nuclear power background with her multifamily real estate expertise to ensure her investors and their capital is looked after with the utmost care.

Heather also controls her own personal multifamily real estate portfolio. She has property in both Pennsylvania and Virginia, furthering her authority in the multifamily space.

A true animal lover, Heather has spent her life nurturing her beloved pets, most recently an Italian Greyhound named Stagg. This love of animals has led her to volunteering at her local Humane Society, as well as making charitable contributions to the Guide Dog Foundation.
